SIRENA, an Automotive Metropolis
The Automotive productive channel covers all signalling aboard vehicles, from agricultural machines/vehicles to priority and breakdown transport.
The creation of audible and visual devices suitable for installation on any type of vehicle is the result of SIRENA's investment and commitment over the years in the development of products for the Automotive Sector.
In particular there are two main categories of operation:
1. Amber Warning: agricultural vehicles, industrial vehicles, break down vehicles, forklift trucks.
2. Blue Emergency Warning: priority vehicles, Police Forces, ambulances, Fire Brigades.
With regard to the Priority Vehicle sector, advanced technology is used to keep up-to- date with the ever changing market evolutions in order to produce innovative products to meet specific customer demands.
First in Europe, SIRENA initially created crossbars for priority vehicles. They were quickly complemented by many other ranges of products, i.e. rotating and flashing beacons with all types of mounts as well as bi-tone, modulated and multi-tone electronic sirens to be installed on vehicles either externally or under the bonnet of the car.
SIRENA has developed ranges of products in its own Research & Development Centre using advanced electronic technology together with the latest generation of LED lights.
